Registration

New Students

Please fill our on-line registration form to create an account with us. Before signing up for a class or being able to place your child on the waiting list, you must purchase the annual registration fee under membership. This fee should be added towards the child and not the adult. Once this fee is added to your child/family, you will be able to book your child into an open class or place them on the waiting list. If you place your child onto a waiting list, Pods Swimming will contact you through email or phone call if a spot becomes available.

If you enroll your child late in the month, we will simply prorate the tuition based on your start date.

Active/Inactive Students

Families that already have an account, please click on the PARENT LOGIN button. Once you log into your account, please update ALL information: address, phone numbers, birthdays, email addresses, and medical information. We need to have all medical information on file in case of emergency. You can also check for fees owed or fees already paid.

Inactive Students: Before signing up for a class or being able to place your child on the waiting list, you must purchase the annual registration fee under membership. This fee should be added towards the child and not the adult.

Registration Information

OUR PROGRAM IS A CONTINUOUS PROGRAM. Therefore, once you have signed up for lessons, you will stay enrolled until you inform us that you are discontinuing lessons. If you are planning on discontinuing lessons, you must complete a withdrawal form that can be filled out on our website and/or obtained from our front desk staff by the 5th of the preceding month (for example, notification must be received by March 5th to discontinue lessons for April). You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your lessons. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us to confirm your cancellation. There will be no refunds for any reason. Please do not ask us to make any exceptions.

Summer Info

JULY & AUGUST CLASSES WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT SCHEDULE THAN OUR FULL TIME SCHEDULE FROM SEPTEMBER TO JUNE. IF YOU SIGN UP FOR JULY, YOU WILL ONLY BE ENROLLED IN THAT CLASS FOR JULY & AUGUST. IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE WITH LESSONS IN SEPTEMBER, YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR SEPTEMBER'S SCHEDULE AT THE END OF AUGUST.

Tuition for summer swim (July & August) is $28 per 30-minute class. You are charged by how many lessons fall within the two months. You have the option to pay the entire session amount up front or you can split the payment into two equal payments. The first payment is due upon registration checkout and the second payment will be automatically charged on 7/31. We are not offering makeups, credits, or refunds for a missed class during the summer session.
