OUR PROGRAM IS A CONTINUOUS PROGRAM. Therefore, once you have signed up for lessons, you will stay enrolled until you inform us that you are discontinuing lessons.
If you are planning on discontinuing lessons, you must complete a withdrawal form that can be filled out below by the 5th of the preceding month (for example, notification must be received by March 5th to discontinue lessons for April). You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your lessons. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us to confirm your cancellation. There will be no refunds for any reason. Please do not ask us to make any exceptions.
If you are having a scheduling conflict, we will do what we can to help you switch to another day and time, or address any other issues you may be having. If you would like to change your child's swim class, you may request a class change by emailing Jamie at: jamie.pascale@podsswimming.com.
